It is required that the product be in its original condition, otherwise it will not be accepted for return. There is no try-on policy for shoes and no return after trying. There is no policy for sending two sizes and choosing the appropriate size. It is not possible to return or exchange any product that has been used and is no longer in its original condition. The order cannot be canceled after it has been shipped. The customer bears the shipping cost for the exchange (60 SAR) for both ways. If the product does not suit you and there is no manufacturing defect or damage, you can request a return within two days of receipt, with a deduction of the shipping fee (60 SAR) for both ways from the refunded amount.
